If you are completing a high-end interior design project, you have to consider implementing some pieces either off the floor or from a manufacturer’s warehouse. I have had my eye on this piece for some time. Having completed a number of high-speed projects, I know that this is just the kind of piece that can complete a space, but you might not think about until the very end. Fortunately, Jame Duncan listed this in the Decorati Sample Sales. Distressed gold over white metal. 60″ x 33″ x 13. Retail: $1,400.

Several years ago I got a commission to do a big design project in NYC in just 45 days. That experience, and the several high-speed design projects that followed have shaped my career.
